We have some quality pastured Yorkshire crossbred whole pigs available. This cross is meant for leaner, higher-yielding pork and more bacon than the lard-type pigs.
What will this cost?
- Cost for a half is $5/pound hanging weight and you can expect around 115 to 180 pounds of take-home packaged meat (ribs, chops, roasts, and bacon/sausage).
- Typical hanging weight of 175 – 225 pounds roughly costs $875-1125 plus processing costs.
- Bluestone Ranch will haul your pig in for processing, and the processor will contact you for a cut sheet. We deliver your pig to you for no cost (in the Minot area).
