From our happy pigs, raised on pasture. Raised outside and fed only GMO-free grains, always corn and soy free! This batch of pork is from a 3-way cross of Berkshire, Hampshire, and Mangalitsa. The meat quality is excellent. Here is your chance for good, clean pork that you can feel good about eating.
This bundle includes:
- 6# cured ham
- 2 packs of Kielbasa ring sausage
- 2 ham steaks
- 1 cottage bacon
- 6 packs of cured bacon
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 rack ribs
- 2 shoulder roasts
- 6 pounds plain ground pork
Approximately 25-30 pounds of vacuum-sealed pork. Some substitutions and add-ons may be available, just ask!
*Note: The ring sausage is a conventional, non-natural recipe. You are welcome to substitute with plain ground pork, beef summer sausage, jerky, or hot dogs which all have natural recipes/cures! We always try our best to use only natural recipes, but our new processor does not offer them yet.
