We LOVE our Longmire line, which started with Skye High Bhanna and STR Optimus Prime, (this breeding was by Drover Hill) giving us “the original” Longmire.
We sold both his dam (Sayre Farms Miss May, a very correct dun cow with great fertility and a great udder) and sire (Bluestones Longmire II, a white bull out of one of our favorite Cobblestone cows) to the Volk Ranch in North Dakota, and they produced this neat fella. When we saw him as a weanling we had to buy him back, and we are happy we did.

This young bull has a gorgeous face with loads of hair. He’s a moderately sized bull, compact but stout. His offspring have been very pleasing, and we will continue to use him in our herd.
